 Asian markets rise, China shares rise in early trading

Asian markets rose on Monday, supported by many economic and trade news. Investors welcomed the announcement by the People's Bank of China of its plans to reduce corporate borrowing costs. Japan's trade deficit widened to 249.6 billion yen in July
