New investigation in the United States on the monopoly practices of "Google"

Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley has begun investigating whether Google, owned by US-based Alfabet, is manipulating search results to give its products a preference to appear on its competitors' products.
Hawley is also looking at getting rid of Google without the permission of competitors such as Yaleb to use in its search results.
This came two months after Yale sent a complaint to regulators, congressmen and state attorneys about Google's practices that allegedly violated its commitments after the US Federal Trade Commission closed an investigation into 2013 search engine practices.
As Google and other technology companies such as Amazon.com and Facebook continue to grow stronger, some US politicians and academics are demanding whether antitrust laws should be changed or modified in a new way that protects small competitors from the hegemony of technology giants.
